I want your opinion on following Query related to ESOP of unlisted company from you.
1.Employee Compensation expenses i.e. deferred expenses (difference of FMV and exercise price) on the issue of ESOP, is allowed as expenses under Income Tax and when it is allowed? 2.AS 22 is applicable on such expenses? 3.Who is the independent valuer for this purpose?
