The time limit is over for the AYs you mentioned in your query. However, after making an application to CIT as prescribed U/s 119(2)(b), you can file your returns if there is a claim for refund. .

thanx for the information sir, plz tell me if a person wants ITR returns acknowledgement for the said periods for the purpose of taking loan from bank. how i can file such ITRs
