SHALL WE REMIT ANY KIND OF TAX, IN A CHALAN WITH XEROX COPY? IF NOT SO, WHY? SOME BANKER REFUSES TO RECEIVE THE X-COPY OF CHALANS...

THE PRESCRIBED CHALLANS FOR VARIOUS TYPES OF PAYMENTS ARE SPECIFIED BY BANKS AND ARE AVAILABLE WITH THEM.
DURING BANK AUDITS AND RBI INSPECTIONS , SUCH CHALLAN PAYMENTS BASED ON XEROX COPIES ARE OBJECTED.ONLY WHEN STATIONARY IS EXHAUSTED AND OUT OF STOCK,DO BANKS ACCEPT (BUT RARELY) THE XEROX COPIES.
