If any Special Provision for Tax for income in Charitable Trust which is registered under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 or what is the rate ?? or if any stayorder is there regarding the levy of tax for income of Trust. pls give the notification or advice for the same.

03 April 2010 income of Charitable trust is exempted u/s 11 & 12 of IT act if it utilized for application of charitable purpose.

tax rate of trust is normal slab rate like a individual.
