while making tax under gst double has been deducted from the bank account so the one excess can be claimed refund how to claim the excess amount

Better you can adjust for next month liability, Refund take time minimum 30 days and An application for GST Refund shall be filed online in form GST RFD 01 and shall be filed within a maximum of 2 years from the relevant date.

As per the new limits 1/4/2019 for goods it is 40lakhs and thinking of cancelling the GST registration and therefore we need to file refund for electronic cash ledger within in how many days we need to cancel to claim exemption as existing is composition scheme.Can u pls clarify
