Hello Friends
Whether a loss in Commodity on MCX & NCDEX exhange can be set off with Profit in F&O.
I am individual, of the above profit is cover under Capital Gain or Business & Profession (Speculation)

The profit from F&O segment of the Stock Exchanges is non speculative while the loss from NCDEX or MCX is speculative so far as it is not from hedging transactions. As such the loss from NCDEX or MCX can not be set off against the profit from F&O.
