08 June 2016 I Purchased a House Property worth Rs 25 Lakh, Whose Govt Value was Rs 32 Lakh .
I paid stamp duty on Rs 32 Lakh.

Am i Liable to pay any Tax on Purchase of House Property

08 June 2016 50C applicable on the sale of property which transaction value in lower than the govt rate/ circle rate.
