29 June 2011 Mr. X withdraws the PF amount before maturity. Whether the whole amount is taxable or only the employer's contribution is taxable?

29 June 2011 No tax is applicable for withdrawal of PF.

30 June 2011 BUT THE ASSESSEE HAS WITHDRAWN THE PF BEFORE COMPLETING 5 YEARS OF CONTINUOUS SERVICE UNDER ONE EMPLOYER.
