Office & Residential building constructed by a contractor for Hydro Electricity Generation Corporation. Is this construction work taxable under Service Tax Act? Please give details. Thanks in advance.

If the work relates to Government, no Service TAx is required to pay. For example, the Hydro power project belongs to any State Government, then it is exempted.
