Hi Rajesh, TDS of 10% under TDS professional services (194J) is applicable. TDS is to be deducted after adding Service tax(if applicable) to the actual professional charges. Good Luck...

TDS is 10% and if your turnover is less then 10 lacs then no service tax other wise you have to add ST and on that also 10% to be deducted as TDS
