Is there any notification imposing Tax on advance received w.e.f. .01.04.2018??
Is there any notification imposing GST on reverse charge basis on services or goods received from unregister person??

There is no such notification. Instead applicability of reverse charge on supplies received from unregistered supplier is deffered till 30.06.18

No need to pay tax on advance when received for supply of goods but when received for supply of Services tax needs to be paid on such advance.
