22 April 2016 i want to know about legal obligations to be fulfilled by modelling and catelogue businessman like service tax or vat or etc.

22 April 2016 human modelling : No vat. Service tax is applicable.

03 May 2016 only service tax applicable and you have to follow the service tax act for registration and payment of tax.

ICAI has given schedule of fees which is RECOMMENDATORY
