14 April 2012 providing constructions services like Canal lining works, drain work, VAMBAY(Valmiki Amedkar Awaz Yojana)houses etc,. to City Muncipality, PWD departments & Minor Irrigation departments whether taxable under Commercial or Industrial construction service.

Please clarify me.

15 April 2012 Yes. it is taxable under Industrial & Commercial construction services. out of this some are covered under Works contracts services also.please refer the same
