ASSESSEE PROVIDING RESTAURANT SERVICES AND LIABLE TO SERVICE TAX AND NOW ASSESSEE TAKING A FRANCHISEE UNDER THE SAME RESTAURANT BUSINESS AND RECEIVED COMMISSION THEIR ON. WHETHER ASSESSEE IS ALSO LIABLE TO PAY SERVICE TAX ON SUCH COMMSSION OR NOT.
