01 July 2013 If an individual providing mobile and laptop repairing service then tell me about service tax applicable or not?? And also its treatment. Alternativelly if providing this service along with spare parts what will be treatment??

01 July 2013 Upto the 10 lakhs turnover is exempt from service tax. After exemption limit you need to pay service tax.
