12 July 2017 Title:None,Content:It is mandatory to wright Name & address of buyer on Tax Invoice . If buyer is unregistered and he purchase in cash and not willing to tell his name address .

12 July 2017 Think of situation of Hotel Restaurant where cash invoice is issued without giving the name of customer......
(It is very much allowed)

12 July 2017 As per Rule 46

(e) name and address of the recipient and the address of delivery, along with the name of the State and its code, if such recipient is un-registered and where the value of the taxable supply is fifty thousand rupees or more;

(f) name and address of the recipient and the address of delivery, along with the name of the State and its code, if such recipient is un-registered and where the value of the taxable supply is less than fifty thousand rupees and the recipient requests that such details be recorded in the tax invoice;

So, in case of below 50,000 no need to mention detail of un registered dealer


12 July 2017 Yes. As per invoice rules, if amount of invoice is more than Rs 50,000 then it is mandatory to write name, address and place of delivery of unregistered buyer. So below Rs 50,000 it is not necessary.
