Tax Invoice should be used when sale take place from one Registered dealer to another Registered dealer. Input Vat allowed only on Tax Invoice.

It should be mentioned as 'Tax Invoice' which means tax collected on such invoice shall be paid to the government concerned.It should also be in the standard format stipulated in the related rules.....mjk
