22 June 2011 What are the provision with relate to Tax holiday/exemptions for foreign salaried teachers teaching in India?
Do the foreign teachers need to pay tax if they come for 2/3 years contract?

23 June 2011 We have to deduct the TDS on Salary whether paid to foreign or indian employees.You can also referred Section 9.
