03 February 2010 One of my client is having sales tax audit but the total sales is tax free
but whatever he is purchasing is taxable
so my querry is how much % of setoff to claimed on tax free sales

12 February 2010 if finish good is exmpt from tax, no tax credit would be allowed for RM of such finished good.
