15 February 2012 The lunch coupons(Sodexo-Rs1,300per month)which is given by XYZ Co.to their staff(from Asst.Manager onwards)is not exchangeable in the office canteens and not utilising in between office hours.

My question is whether the Employees will get Tax Exemption on such coupons and is there any benefit to the company too?
