20 July 2020 If a sub transporter who is owning less than 10 heavy goods vehicle, but is getting his accounts audited u/s 44AA and 44AB runs his trucks under a transporter. Does that transporter need to deduct TDS u/s 194C for the sub transporter even when he is owning less than 10 trucks and has certificate for non deduction of TDS ??
