Will pls. someone help me? If the TDs is not deposited in time with the department then what are its repurcussions other than levy of 1%intt. p.m. on the amount not deposited.

if tds amount is not deposited in time then before the closing of year then the whole amount of expencess is disallowed u/s 40a(ia) of the said act & tax is to be paid on that amount
