08 September 2016 Sir,

I have paid Tds deducted on 194J in Q1 of F.Y.2016-17 on time but did not file Tds Return Yet. Is there any solution to avoid penalty u/s 234E?

28 October 2016 No, there is no such option to avoid the late filing fees of Rs. 200/- per day. U must have to pay that amount.
