206(ID) SAYS THAT TCS RATE APPLICABLE TO CAR (IF< 2 LAKHS) IS 1%
206(IF) SAYS THAT TCS RATE APPLICABLE TO CAR (IF<10 LAKHS) IS 1%

WHICH ONE TO TAKE EITHER 2 OR 10 LAKHS.

HOW TCS IS APPLICABLE TO PARKING LOT ?

IT IS NORMALLY NOT SEEN

if person make payment through cash-60000 and cheque- 180000
whether tcs is applicable?

17 June 2016 if you buy exp. or purchases excess Rs. 2 lacs in cash then TCS will applicable.
on car its excess Rs. 10 lacs , the TCS will applicable , payment mode no matter.

on this not on customer its toll collection and how received the toll then apply.
