Tax benefit u/s. 80c- fd from joint account

10 September 2012 Dear All,

In our joint account, my wife is first holder and myself is second holder. Please advise whether I can claim full tax benefit u/s. 80C if we invest in FD for 5 years. My wife is not filing the return.
