My son hospitalized for Tonsil and adenoid surgery the the expense was 50k.

For annul tax detection,

may i claim this amount under medical expense. i dont have mediclaim.

i am a salaried person

kindly give you suggestions

03 January 2015 if you are receiving medial allowance from company then you can claim agst the allowance.
