Whether an Individual Liable to get his all proprietorship firms audited, if only one of his firm is falling under perview of tax audit U/s 44AD due to showing profit less than 8%. My view : As an Individual he will be assessed with Income Tax authorities singly as a whole. But I am not sure about it.
