A DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE (X-RAY,BLOOD TEST ETC) IS RUN BY A HUF UNDER ITS PROPRIETORSHP HAVING GROSS RECEIPT FOR THE F.Y 2011-12 AS RS. 20.00 LACS . IS IT UNDER THE MANDETORY AUDIT U/S 44AB OR NOT? WILL IT BE CONSIDERED AS PROFESSIONAL RECEIPT OR BUSINESS INCOME?
