My client is to file a loss return u/s 44 AB. According to the openion of various experts it seems that due date for filing of return has not been extended, whether late filing of return along with 3CD (ie between 1st October to 30th November) would attract penalty u/s 271B

there wont be any penalty as long as audit report is filed by 30 nov. however, return is to be filed by 30 Nov. else loss cannot be carried forward.
