19 July 2011 Tax Audit of partnership which dissolved during the year and business taken over by partner as proprietorship firm....

Please help me how to proceed. Whether I need to prepare reports for two different periods.

19 July 2011 Yes. You need to prepare report for Partnership till the date of dissolution and for proprietorship from the date of take over upto 31st march.

And also need to file two itr one is in the of firm and second is in the name of personal
