ours is a pvt ltd co having turover is Rs.70 Lacs. whether tax audit is applicable to us or not guide. As per co act the same is applicable

Statutory Audit is applicable but Tax Audit is not applicable. Statutory Audit is governed by the Companies Act but Tax Audit is Governed by the Income Tax Act.
