We have written off baddebts for Rs.7.5 lakhs with out creaing any provision on bad debts

Dear Ganeshbabu, since there is no such column in form 3CD to report the same, in my opinion u can report this in form 3 CA,CB as the case may be or u can mention this fact in notes to accounts.
