30 September 2015 SIR WHATS THE STATUS OF EXTENSION OF TAX AUDIT DATE . KYA 30 OCT HUE HAI YA ITS ONLY A RECOMMENDATION

30 September 2015 as of now no official notification from CBDT.. only few high courts have announced that...

but CBDT has said to go in supreme court.. so cant say anything...

01 October 2015 Vide its order dated 30.09.2015 CBDT has extended due date only for the state of Haryana, Punjab , Union Territory of Chandigarh and Gujarat.
