Company is running a Spa centre which has major income from Spa clinic and other income from sale of products As per Act, tax audit is applicable if the turnover exceeds Rs. 1 crores in case of sale of products and gross receipts exceeds Rs.25 lacs from Professional services
which limit will be applicable to the company?? Its MOA states its main business as providing services
