19 November 2011 If A & B both are practicing A CA Fir and Partner as well and Name of CA Firm Is ABC & Co. A and B can sign on the 45 tax audit reports in their individual capacity. So the ABC & Co have total 90 Tax audit.

My question is whether One partner can sing the 90 tax audit reports in the name of Firm as partner capacity?
