AND APPLIED FOR COP & FIRM REG NO.

HE RECEIVED MEMBERSHIP NUMBER, BUT TILL DATE NOT RECEIVED COP AND FIRM REGISTRATION NUMBER.
NOW CAN HE SIGN TAX AUDIT REPORT
