if purchase is more than 60 lacs but at the same time sales is around 50 lacs (<60 lacs)then whether 44ab is applicable or not? i hav heard that according to NANI PALKHIVALA tax audit is applicable or it is advisable to conduct the audit.

Section 44AB tax audit is not applicable at all,
