ONE OF THE DECLARED BONUS DURING THE PREVIOUS YEAR TO HIS EMPLOYEES & PAID TO HIS THEM BEFORE FILING OF RETURN(ie 30.09.2010)
BUT AUDITOR DISALLOWED THIS .WHY?
IS IT RIGHT ?
IF YES THEN UNDER WHICH SEC.PLS REFER CLAUSE ALSO
