Hello, Please let me know whether an assessee who was conducted Search u/s 132 liable for tax audit if the sales turnover is above 40 lakhs. Notice for assessment u/s 153A is not yet been issued
Can tax audit be done based on the extracts(photo copy of books, vouchers and bills) taken by the assessee during search
