26 August 2014 Sir, can we conduct tax audit u/s 44ab voluntarily if sales/receipts do not exceed the threshold limit?

26 August 2014 if your profit is below the limit u/s 44AD then you can conduct the tax audit

26 August 2014 sir, what if profit is also not below the limit u/s 44AD....can we still do the tax audit by our own choice?

26 August 2014 you may do so but that wont shift the due date for filing return from 31 July to 30 September..
