17 July 2013 You can download the excel utility of form 3CD and thereafter verify each and every aspect mentioned in Form 3CD.

17 July 2013 yes u need to follow Form 3CD and it is advisable to refer to Guidance Note on tax audit (Rveised) issued by icai in this regard.
