Can Indian Chartered Accountant do Tax Audit of Irish man ( Ireland ). And if Yes, then Balance sheet of him should be made in Euro or in Indian currency ? Can Indian Chartered Accountant can sign the Balance sheet in Euro ?

Its Very URGENT.....!!!!
