If a party in delhi sale at banglore and bill to the party from its branch in banglore than what tax will be applicable , Vat or CST, please explain

This is a wrong transaction bcoz first you need to sale from delhi to banglore branch & from there you can make sale. In this case delhi sale will be exempt as branch transfer & final sale from bangolore to party will be VAT in Bangalore
