I had a query a person having business in which he take amount from the party who need to transport his product and give to the unregistered​ transporter and earn commissions. Did he applicable for tax audit if his turnover is more than 1 crore.

Yes if Turnover or Gross Receipts exceeds one crore assessee is subject to Tax Audit
