26 July 2010 if suppose i have 1 vendor with 2 bills amounting to Rs.15000 each and i paid Rs.30000 against it will it be allowed

26 July 2010 Please be little more explanatory. single payment (it seems its in cash) of more than 19999/- to any party will not be allowed.

26 July 2010 No you can pay and there is no disalowance.
The basic condition is single bill amount and single payment both should exceed Rs. 20000/-
