03 October 2014 sir if I show my income.under sec. 44 AD. and I have no bills of purchase.and not maintaining books of account .first of all tell me is there chance of screwtiny? if yes...what shud b done?

03 October 2014 you can never rule out scrutiny. however, there is little an AO can do this in 44AD cases.
