Tan registration for downloading tds certificates

One of the client have registered TAN earlier and forgot the user id and password. Now as per the new act we have to download TDS certificates from TIN.NSDL website. Client had forgot the user id and password. Kindly let me know how to get the userid which was earlier registered

Kindly mail to the nsdl help desk on receipt of the same they will give you provisional user id and password based on same you can download TDS Certificates.
