While making Online TAN Registraion to generate form 16A it says that it is already registered. Whereas we have not registered the TAN a/c earlier and also we do not know who has registered this.
We have tried to contact TIN call centre. But nobody is taking the call.
We have also written mail in the mail ID given at the web site and also given online complain. But nobody responded to that.
Please suggest the course of action to be taken in this case.

You have to talk to the TIN Call Centre Executives. Yes the line is very busy, but keep trying they will attend your call. Also they are very co-operative. They will suggest you the remedy for this.
