Sir,
our company have allotted a TAN No in the company Name. Whether the company has to file the NIL TDS return regulary if no transaction is effected during the period Pls reply me asap? If yes under what section i have to file the TDS return.

Filing of TDS return not required if there were no TDS transactions during the quarter.
