22 January 2010 One of our company is taking over other group. i just wanted to knw what are the steps that should be taken while taking over the company ......
&
that group has issued non cumulative redeemable perference shares to dere shareholders so while taking over whether we should redeem d shares or not.

18 March 2010 According to my knowledge

considering the group or co whic u are taking over is unlisted co

if both are private Cos then share purchase Agreement has to be prepared to take over of other group and as regards redemable pref shares they can also be transfered instead of redemption
